Couple that the fact the city signed a 5 year 90million deal with Mascaro for your trash and you might be pissed.   Expect almost a $150 increase in your trash bill next year and expect that to keep going up.

Residents' trash fees could hit $745 in 2026, with Tuerk proposing a $140 increase in his budget. That represents an almost 80% spike in just two years. Wtf!!!

I am going to guess property owners will see around $250-$500 increase for next year. Or basically cancel your Netflix and you might break even for the month.

Just so you all know the 5 year plan for the City states a 4% tax increase for the next 5 years including this year.  So this excessive irresponsible spending is gonna Cost you.  How much can Tuerk ask of you before you say:
