I'm on a roll today. So Bethlehem Mayor proposed a Zero % tax increase while giving his police and firefighters a 3% raise. He also stated they would be investing in over 4 million dollars in public safety vehicles.
Allentown on the other hand had to cut budgets and freeze spending and still have 4% increase. What a joke.
How can Allentown hire Bethlehem's finance director? Actually there mayor and city council would be nice too. Well not all their council members. Did you ever watch a Bethlehem council meeting? Nothing like an Allentown one. Allentown you never know whats gonna happen, because its like a Jerry Springer episode. Clean house completely. Switch fire and police chiefs too.
Everything about Bethlehem is better. Cleaner, more activities, gatherings, festivals. Crime is lower too. Winters are better.

Allentown has the Iron pigs and the fair. But could you imagine a baseball field by the casino overlooking the river!!! It would be amazing. And I dont think you would catch a stray bullet either.
I unfortunately, do not have the means to move there or I would leave.
